Trustify Vendors Official Disclaimer

Please review this disclaimer carefully before using our platform

1. Badge Nature Disclaimer

Trustify Vendors badges are digital trust marks issued after online verification. They are not certificates, licenses, or government approvals. Vendors may display badges on their social media registered profile, but verification status  is always available only through Trustify’s official portal.

2. Limitation of Liability

Trustify does not guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, or financial transactions between vendors and clients. All dealings remain the sole responsibility of the vendor and client. Trustify’s role is limited to digital verification and trust indication.

3. Fraud & Misuse Policy

Any misuse of the badge including presenting it as a certificate, government approval, or misrepresentation of Trustify’s endorsement  is strictly prohibited. Vendors found guilty of fraud or badge misuse will be permanently blacklisted from Trustify Vendors.

4. Complaint & Inquiry Clause

Trustify reserves the right to conduct inquiries upon receiving client complaints. If fraud or misconduct is confirmed, the vendor’s badge will be revoked and their profile permanently removed from the Trustify portal.

5. Validity & Renewal

Trustify Verified Vendor badges are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Renewal requires payment of the annual fee (PKR 4,999) and may include re‑verification if vendor details have changed. Non‑renewal will result in badge expiry and removal of verified status.

6. Legal Disclaimer

Trustify Vendors badges are digital indicators of trust, not legal documents. Trustify is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from vendor‑client transactions. By accepting the badge, vendors agree to all terms of use and acknowledge that Trustify’s verification is limited to digital checks and does not replace legal or financial due diligence.
